Dr. Robert Kramer is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon, fellowship trained in total joint replacement specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery, and experienced in arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee, general orthopedics and fractures. With 25 years of experience, Dr. Kramer is well-aware of the needs of his patients and their caretakers, and is renowned for his compassionate and caring manner. He completed an Adult Reconstructive Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital following his graduation from Washington University Medical School, Harvard College and Ladue High School. He is currently serving as President of the St. Louis Orthopedic Society, an organization which brings together physicians from both local private practices and local university orthopedic departments.
Dr. Kramer practices at Metropolitan Orthopedics, Ltd. located on the grounds of Missouri Baptist Hospital, performing surgery at both Missouri Baptist and Olive Surgery Center. He also sees patients at a Sunset Hills location.
Dr. Kramer joined the St. Louis Physician Alliance to network with like-minded physicians in the community to help improve the delivery of medicine in the St. Louis area.
